Captain Jack Daniels, the son of a merchant ship captain, grew up on the seas.  As a young man he received word his father's ship went missing, so he set out to find him following the trade routes in his own ship, The Atlantic Raven.  During his search he turned to piracy, plundering ships for stores and monies until he and a few of his loyals were marooned following a skirmish aboard ship.  Some time later The Salty Kiss stopped to reprovision and happened to find him there, the last survivor of the marooning.  Learning that Jack was a friend of the Captain’s (they had met and became friends a few years before), he was brought to her and subsequently stayed aboard The Salty Kiss.  Jack continues to keep a keen eye out for his ship and.... his father.   

James Ponte, a former Marine with talents in culinary arts, grew up in Massachusetts on the shores of Buzzards Bay. He moved to McAlester, Ok in 2003 where he lives with his fiancé of 4 years. He is the proud father of 7 children and grandfather of 1 beautiful granddaughter. Actively attending renaissance faires for the last four years, he has attended faire on and off over the last twenty years. When not following faire from town to town, he works for a large aerosystems corporation. He enjoys being with his family and teaching his children about the past.  He is the newest Associate of The Ladies of the Salty Kiss.

Jimmy Shard, a local urchin that stowed away aboard The Salty Kiss during the last northern portage.  Jimmy had heard tales of the adventures and travels of The Salty Kiss and thought this would be the best way to seek out his missing father.  When he was brought to the Captain's attention, she took him on as an unofficial Bilge Rat ... after all, who could turn away a face that sweet?  Jimmy soon found himself taken under the wing of Swaga and the adopted "nephew" of the entire crew - just what a young lad seeking adventures and his way in the world needs - a ship full of aunts! 

Victor Neumann is the real life cousin of TLotSK actress, Kiri Martin.  Victor attended his first ren faire in 2006 as a performer, meeting the crew of TLotSK at the Renaissance Faire of the Midlands in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  He has been adopted by the crew and Jamie as the younger brother they all never had but always dreamed of.  Victor is a part-time Associate of TLotSK - as his parents and school schedule allow.
